Optiplex Networks is a work in progress that will eventually create and deploy computer networks with different topologies for various business needs. The inspiration for this idea came from a home based server, a Dell Optiplex GX110 running a highly customized version of Debian/Linux. Being connected to and hosting various types of operating system and linking to a Cisco router as the center and main focal point of the network led to a growth of understanding and experience which called for action in a more productive field then curiosity.
